Resilience was looking to raise awareness of open roles in its cell and gene therapy franchise on the occasion of a key industry trade conference. Resilience engaged Waterhouse Brands to craft a recruitment media campaign that would target active and passive candidates in these in-demand fields.

Waterhouse Brands collaborated with our media planning partner to develop a media plan that targeted both attendees at the industry conference as well as cell and gene therapy talent in key geographic markets. A strategic channel mix of programmatic, search and social media advertising worked to drive qualified talent to the Resilience careers page. Once the plan was approved, Waterhouse created many of the advertising assets, and worked with our media planning partner to execute the buy.
Resilience’s cell and gene therapy recruitment advertising campaign exceeded goals across campaign metrics. Cumulative impressions across executions were 1.3 million and the campaign drove just over 6,000 visitors to the Resilience careers page.
