Elevating the Employee Experience with an Intranet Hub

GBT engaged Waterhouse Brands to establish the company’s first intranet platform as it prepares to scale its workforce and build out its commercial organization. WHB conducted discovery around the organization’s unique needs and selected a right-fit vendor to support the implementation of a dynamic, content-rich digital platform that could serve as a vital resource for departments to share — and employees to easily access — a broad range of tools and information. WHB engaged employees in the process of naming its new resource “GBeaT”, designed the site, created customized content, and launched with full administrative support, marketing materials, and a rich, ongoing content strategy to drive employee adoption and long-term engagement.
