BIOGRAPHY

At Waterhouse

As an Account Associate, I work alongside our account leads to develop and execute tactical HR communications and marketing programs for engagements of all stages and sizes. I support our teams across the entire employee life cycle from recruiting and onboarding to engagement and retention including employee experience, programmatic HR, diversity, equity, & inclusion (DEI), culture initiatives, employee listening efforts, and HR communications. Leveraging my interest in client service, I want to contribute to our clients’ goals while soaking up insight from the best in biotech.

I’m inspired by

Teamwork. I find my individual performance is enhanced when I collaborate with others. Perspectives vary – the more people working on a project, the more diverse viewpoints are heard, which leads to better end results.

My background

Having recently graduated from the University of Redlands, I majored in Psychology, with an interest in Human Resources. My studies taught me the importance of truly working to understand people. As a member of Generation Z, entering the workforce in bigger numbers, I’m eager and excited to continue learning and exploring HR and strategic employee-focused efforts for our clients – seeing this all come to life for employees in daily lived experiences.

Beyond work

Outside of work, you can find me in an 8-lane swimming pool. I swam competitively at the collegiate level, which taught me so much about accountability and discipline.
