At Waterhouse

As an Account Director with Waterhouse, I oversee account management and budgets, coordinating processes, timelines, and cross-functional team members for each project. I partner with clients to strategically and creatively achieve their multichannel marketing goals to positively influence their employer brand, retention levels, and employee engagement. I operate as lead strategist on special initiative projects including support materials like corporate documentaries, compendium books, anniversary event planning, corporate videos, and photoshoots.

I find inspiration within projects that merge technology with design, and I believe that client relationships built on trust, collaboration, and honesty are integral to producing the highest quality work.

My background

My approach to marketing integrates digital and traditional advertising strategies in both B2B and B2C channels. I have a proven ability to lead teams through the creative design process, executing high-impact marketing campaigns. My healthcare experience incorporates the management of multichannel product launches, unbranded and branded websites, mobile applications, digital sales tool applications, product email campaigns, print campaign development, and Mechanism of Action (MoA) animations.

Beyond work

I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young boys, traveling, keeping fit with running and hiking in beautiful Marin county, and enjoying film and the arts.
