At Waterhouse
As an Account Associate, I provide support across a variety of accounts and initiatives. With a focus on project management, I partner with Waterhouse team members and our clients to execute discrete workstreams including strategy presentations, intranet development, and editorial content projects. Whether it’s gathering qualitative data on the look and feel of competitor employer brands, or analyzing quantitative data from intranet usage metrics, I conduct research to derive actionable insights to inform current and future work strategies by providing a framework for data.

My favorite challenges are those that allow me to problem-solve at the intersection of creativity and organization. With the ideal end result of projects informing my strategy and approach, I strive to find a balance between this end result and the process to get there, working to make the process enjoyable for everyone involved.
My background
During my time working for the U.S. House of Representatives, I learned how to conduct research and gather data to derive actionable insights, resulting in policy memos advising bill sponsorships and daily media lists informing our PR strategy. As an event coordinator and marketing manager for a Bay Area real estate group, I informed our integrated marketing efforts through audience analyses, market research, and competitive agency sheets, while managing the entire process for our marketing collateral from strategy through execution.
Beyond work
You can find me hiking with my rescue dog, practicing kickboxing, exploring new coffeeshops with my sisters, or looking for my next opportunity to travel.
